I am Amanda, I am a married mom of 3 amazing kiddos. I am a filthy mouthed, lupus warrior, ex-drunk who is wildly passionate about health and wellness. I’ve learned the value in taking care of myself by managing and overcoming my own personal health struggles. Through nutrition, movement, and personal development, I have improved my quality of life. My objective is to help others find the same joy and power in self-care. My focus is on nutrition, empowerment, movement, and overall wellness. I want you to know that you can accomplish anything that you are willing to work for. You deserve health and happiness.
